　　人行道市政護欄

　　市政護欄是以市政護欄為基體，耐候性高分子樹(shù)脂為外層(厚0。5-1。0MM)，具有防腐防銹、耐酸堿、防潮、絕緣、耐老化、手感好、環(huán)保、壽命長(cháng)等特點(diǎn)，是傳統油漆、鍍鋅等涂膜的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。

　　市政護欄運到現場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)驗收合格后，通知對方施工單位進(jìn)行安裝，在安裝的時(shí)候可以采取預埋立柱安裝方式，也可以采取法蘭盤(pán)安裝方式，這兩種安裝方式無(wú)所謂哪種好，哪種不好，視圖紙或客戶(hù)要求而定。安裝要求：

　　1。按照施工圖紙進(jìn)行立柱的放樣和的挖掘，常見(jiàn)的立柱中心線(xiàn)之間間隔3米，要求安裝與地面水平線(xiàn)垂直，并且從側面望去保持在同一個(gè)平面上，預埋深度30cm。這一步是重中之重。法蘭盤(pán)的安裝與預埋方式大抵相當，所不同是法蘭盤(pán)采用往地面上打膨脹螺絲固定的辦法，只要確定好膨脹螺絲的位置就沒(méi)有多大問(wèn)題。

　　2。在懸掛網(wǎng)片時(shí)保持網(wǎng)片與地面10cm的距離，這是通常的做法，具體施工中以圖紙為依據，在進(jìn)行市政護欄制作的時(shí)候就已經(jīng)確定了，采用掛線(xiàn)施工可減少施工的難度。搬動(dòng)網(wǎng)子過(guò)程中千萬(wàn)不要拖拽，避免損壞表面的噴塑層。這個(gè)過(guò)程中沒(méi)有什么特別注意的。

　　3。在市政護欄的安裝中有時(shí)要與刀片刺網(wǎng)組合使用，以加強其安全性能，防止攀爬。刀片刺網(wǎng)采用熱鍍鋅工藝處理，直徑50cm，內部是一根鋼絲，外部包裹帶有鋒利箭頭刀片的熱鍍鋅薄鐵片，刀片有長(cháng)有短，用戶(hù)可自行選擇。

　　客戶(hù)定制市政護欄的尺寸盡管不同，但是安裝方法和生產(chǎn)工藝相同，物是死的可方法以及注意事項卻是完全可以拿過(guò)來(lái)用的，這些在定制市政護欄以及進(jìn)行安裝的的時(shí)候都可以借鑒過(guò)來(lái)參考使用，不要過(guò)于死板。

　　市政護欄噴塑是將塑料粉末噴涂在零件上的一種表面處理方法。

　　工藝步驟：罩光；轉印等處理工藝 。噴塑也就是我們常講的靜電粉末噴涂，它是利用靜電發(fā)生器使塑料粉末帶電，吸附在鐵板表面，然后經(jīng)過(guò)180～220℃的烘烤，使粉末熔化黏附在金屬表面，噴塑產(chǎn)品多用于戶(hù)內使用的箱體，漆膜呈現平光或啞光效果。

　　噴塑粉主要有丙烯酸粉末、聚酯粉末等。
