　　浸塑?chē)鷻诰W(wǎng)也叫包塑護欄網(wǎng)，涂塑護欄網(wǎng)，噴塑護欄網(wǎng)，浸塑?chē)鷻诰W(wǎng)，浸塑防護網(wǎng)等。

　　浸塑?chē)鷻诰W(wǎng)是一種塑料涂覆工藝，就是將塑料涂裝在基體(一般為金屬)上，根據是否需要加熱分為熱浸塑和冷浸塑，按照浸塑的原材料來(lái)分又可以分為液體浸塑和粉體浸塑。

　　浸塑是通過(guò)加熱金屬將塑料粉均勻的噴在金屬上形成一層塑料膜，或加熱浸塑液放入金屬件使之冷卻后塑料包覆在金屬表面。這種工藝有無(wú)需模具、加工成本低、成型容易、可加工各種外形等特點(diǎn)被廣范使用。

　　浸塑?chē)鷻诰W(wǎng)的浸塑方式

　　安平縣川森絲網(wǎng)制品有限公司生產(chǎn)圍欄網(wǎng)通過(guò)聚乙烯熱塑性粉末涂料也稱(chēng)聚乙烯粉末樹(shù)脂涂料，是經(jīng)高壓聚乙烯(LDPE)為基料，添加多種功能助劑、顏色配制加工生產(chǎn)的防腐粉末涂料，浸塑涂膜層具有優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)性能，抗老化、抗沖擊、耐彎曲、耐酸、耐鹽霧腐蝕，并具有較好的表面裝飾性能。

　　常規施工條件：

　　1、工件除銹、去油處理，加熱至350±50°C(具體加熱溫度視工件熱容量大小， 經(jīng)試驗而定)。

　　2、將工件浸入流化床中，10-12秒，加熱至150°C-230°C,取出表面流平，最后經(jīng)冷卻即可。另有一次成型塑粉,無(wú)需流化床.

　　生產(chǎn)圍欄網(wǎng)浸塑方式進(jìn)行防腐處理在一般氣候下可以使用7-15年得使用壽命，如果通過(guò)先鍍鋅在浸塑的方式使用壽命可以到30年。但是成本會(huì )相應增加很多。
